Why a virtual walk?

It’s for YOU. You can be part of this global movement from anywhere and regardless of your health status. We invite you to create teams online from the comfort of your own home to make a difference in your community!

How does a virtual walk work?

Register at Be part of something bigger, form a team or participate on your own. Set a goal for yourself and set up a fundraiser to raise awareness and funds in your local community. Choose your distance: you may walk around the block, do a 1K walk at the local mall, or even try a longer walk or run around your neighborhood. Do what you can. There is no distance too short. Be creative if you are unable to walk.

You can order your official Together Walk t-shirt and schedule your stroll for the week of Fibromyalgia Awareness Day (May 12). On walk day, take a photo of you and your team  and share it with the hashtag #togetherwalks on social media and tag us @togetherwalks on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.  Use your imagination – your voice matters!
